Rosie Huntington – Whiteley Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2010

Remember that Michael Bay directed video ad for Victoria’s Secret? The one he did last year? Should have known back then that Rosie Huntington – Whiteley is going to make it big in the Transformers since she’s the one replacing Megan Fox for the third installment of man vs robot vs more robots saga.
Rosie took a break from filming the above – mentioned autobots adventure and catwalked down the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2010. Looking good, as usual, wearing some eye – popping, strange – matching blue booties for one of the outfits (the Wild Things part) and forcing the life out of that pout. Easy does it better, Rosie! The ethno simplicity and the hippy sharm were enough to bring me to a happy place, somewhere countryside where the sun shines bright and puts that gorgeous smile on the models faces! Clearly receiving the same stylists consignment to pick a seventies related theme for the collection, Anna Sui did her best to highlight that and still have fun while doing it. It may not be the most avant-garde and noire couture out there (and that’s something I’m thankful for), but Anna Sui’s collections make me safe in such a mad, mad catwalk world. Smiling is good, girly is good and country is definitely good. Give me a wardrobe full of Anna Sui and I’d feel like celebrating life with every garment I’d wear! Frills and thrills, the emotions of light and positivism through fabrics, I’m sold! Is it spring yet? (you can see photos of the entire collection here)
